Can I self-host?

Yes. Pro plans and above include self-hosting options. Deploy agents on your own infrastructure using our Docker images. No vendor lock-in — your code, your servers.

What counts as a run?

Each execution of your agent counts as one run. A run starts when your agent is triggered (via API, schedule, or webhook) and ends when it completes or times out. Idle time doesn't count. Failed runs don't count.

Can I use my own API keys?

Absolutely. agents.bzh is infrastructure, not an AI provider. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other API keys via environment variables. You only pay for the compute, not the AI calls.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We don't stop your agents. Overage runs cost $0.005 each (Pro) or $0.002 (Professional). We'll notify you and you can upgrade or adjust your plan anytime.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

The Free tier is your trial. Test everything with 5 agents and 100 runs/month. When you're ready, upgrade to Pro. No credit card required to start.
